Closing Ceremony ‘CREÒ 2018’ @ NWS, Ghaziabad
NWS, Ghaziabad’s ‘CREÒ Fest 2018’ marked its closing on 20th August 2018 fulfilling the School’s vision of “Striving for excellence today, to prepare students to succeed in the challenges they face tomorrow.”
The event took place for three days with 1600 students from 38 schools of Delhi and NCR participating in 27 innovative events. It has been both an enriching and exhilarating experience.
The Head Teacher-NWS, Susan Holmes stated that “The goal of education should be to create the possibilities for a child to invent and discover, to create people who are capable of doing new things.”
She also said “Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.” She was confident that the students must have enjoyed and learnt from these special experiences which this 3 day event had offered.
The third day witnessed 12 events. The events for which the results were announced on the final day were:

The Winning Trophy ‘CREÒ 2018’ was presented to Bal Bharati Public School, trusting that NWS has imparted both ingenuity and served its scholastic mission effectively.
Each participant was given a participation certificate.
Director- NWS, Arunabh Singh, closed the event by proposing a vote of thanks to the guests and all the participants stating that this program, coupled with the teachers' and students’ experience, puts together the best resources for building the foundation skills that are required for significant educational gains to take root.
NWS, Ghaziabad pays sincere gratitude to all the guests for their enthusiastic participation and valuable contribution which made this year's ‘CREÒ 2018 Fest’ another resounding success.
The event ended on a note of positivity and willingness with a hope to meet in 2019 with the same zeal and fervour that was shown this year.
