Talk by Everest Climber Ms.Tulika Rani
Nehru World School believes in encouraging its learners and guiding them towards the correct path. An effort in this direction, NWS organised a motivational talk on ‘Mental and Physical Stress Management’ by Toolika Rani on 27th April’16, in collaboration with ‘Amar Ujala Foundation’.
Ms.Tulika Rani is an Athlete, Mountaineer and Squadron Leader (retd.), Indian Air Force. She is the First Indian Woman to climb Asia’s highest Volcano Mt. Damavand. She has been honoured with the ‘Delhi Ratan’ and ‘Meerut Ratan’, by ‘All India Conference of Intellectuals.’ Through her life journey and accomplishments, she not only inspired the young minds but also nurtured zeal in them to achieve new heights. She talked about exploring the world through optimism and perseverance. She took this opportunity to share her experiences, enlightening the path of the learners to become achievers. She proposed solutions to cope with stress by positive approach towards life.
Mr. Arunabh Singh (Director, NWS) felicitated Ms. Tulika for her endeavours and achievements, hoping that such people continue to elevate the name of the nation, thus becoming an inspiration for our future generations.
